Rosa Clemente is no stranger in this space and I agree with her; had she and Cynthia McKinney won the 2008 Presidential Race, we might be in a different po$ition. Here, she gave the keynote at National Conference on Race & Ethnicity in Higher Education. Keep listening. Keep connecting. Keep challenging yourself. Keep challenging the paradigms you’ve been fed and let’s imagine another world. With news of McKinney, Texas and Kalief Browder, all I can do is listen to this speech and brace for an uncertain future which rewards the most cut throat and dehumanizes the rest.
