I love what Raul (listen to his show on KCRW) said about Raka Rich & Raka Dun’s growth the last few years since he first met them as “Discovery Artist Winners” (and interviewed them!) at 2010’s Latin Alternative Music Conference.
“I remember seeing them 4 years ago actually out at the LAMC, and back then they were very green. And now they are on top of the world…the whole hip-hop and rap sound that’s coming is quite large…“
